These General Terms and Conditions apply to the Hypex Electronics B.V. web shop, available at www.hypex.nl.
Website Terms
Regarding the Hypex Electronics B.V. website (www.hypex.nl), we do not guarantee or represent the following:
- That the information published on the website is complete or accurate.
- That the materials available on the website are up to date.
- That the website or any services offered through it will remain continuously available.
Hypex Electronics B.V. reserves the right to:
- Discontinue or modify any or all website services.
- Cease publishing the website entirely.
These changes may be made at the sole discretion of Hypex Electronics B.V., without prior notice or explanation. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, you are not entitled to compensation or any other claims in the event of such modifications, discontinuations, or removal of the website or its services.
Creating an Account
To place orders on the Hypex Electronics web shop, you need to create an account. This can be done by clicking on ''your account''; Sign In option located in the top-right corner of the website. Your request will be evaluated by Hypex Electronics. You will receive an email with further instructions within 1-2 business days.
Forgotten Credentials
If you have forgotten your account credentials, a recovery link is available to help you retrieve them.
Updating Address Details
You can update your address details directly in your account.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to your account in the top-right menu.
- Use the provided form to update your address information.
Data Protection
All personal information shared during the ordering and payment process is securely encrypted using SSL technology. Hypex Electronics B.V. does not share your personal information with third parties.
Access to Personal Data
You can request access to your personal data at any time by emailing sales@hypex.nl. Hypex Electronics B.V. will respond to such requests within four weeks. Requests for modification or deletion of your data are also handled via this email address.

Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed via Mollie. Customers can pay directly through internet banking or by credit card. Mollie's payment system is certified and approved by major credit card issuers. Transactions are encrypted to ensure security.

Invoices
Invoices are provided with your order or sent via email. These invoices serve as your proof of warranty. You can access your invoices by logging into your account and selecting view your orders.
Payment Reminders
If a payment remains outstanding, Hypex Electronics B.V. will send a reminder. If the payment is not completed within two weeks, the order will be canceled and removed from the system.
Shipping Providers
Hypex Electronics B.V. primarily uses UPS for global shipping. If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, UPS will leave an information card with further instructions.
For specific regions, PostNL may be offered as an alternative. Customers may also opt to use their own shipping provider. If this option is selected, Hypex Electronics B.V. will not charge for shipping.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout process. Delivery generally takes 1-6 business days, depending on stock availability, the shipping service selected, and the destination address. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and chosen service. These costs are displayed during checkout.
Alternative Delivery Addresses
Customers can specify a delivery address different from their account address during checkout. This alternative address will be saved in the account for future use.
Tracking Information
After dispatch, customers receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Hypex Electronics B.V. assumes responsibility for shipments damaged or lost when using standard shipping providers. If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost, contact sales@hypex.nl for assistance.
Regular Order Cancellations
Regular web shop orders can be canceled without any additional fees.
Mass Production and Annual Orders
For mass production and annual orders, cancellation or postponement requests must be submitted via email to sales@hypex.nl. Such requests are subject to written approval by Hypex Electronics B.V.
Return and Refund Policy
Customers have a 14-day trial period starting from the day they receive their order. To return a product:
- The product must be undamaged, unused, and, if reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, a copy of the invoice, and a completed RMA form.
Refunds (excluding shipping and transaction costs) will be processed within 30 days.

After the 14-day trial period, the purchase agreement becomes final, and returns are no longer accepted.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock, customers will be notified via email after placing the order. Expected restock dates are displayed on product pages.
