The NCx500MP is a compact single channel amplifier module based on NCOREx® Class D technology. It is intended for integration in power amplifiers and active loudspeaker systems requiring higher output power while maintaining compact implementation and predictable electrical performance.
The module integrates a high efficiency switch mode power supply, a low power standby supply compliant with 2013 ERP Lot 6 requirements and a single high power NCOREx® Class D amplifier channel on a single PCB assembly. The architecture supports high power output within a compact form factor.
The amplifier section is based on the NCOREx® control topology with feedback taken directly at the loudspeaker output. This enables stable and controlled operation across a wide range of load impedances.
The NCx500MP includes the Hypex Extension connector, allowing the addition of an auxiliary low power amplifier channel. This supports applications such as multi way active loudspeaker systems where an additional dedicated channel is required.

ABOUT NCOREx®
NCOREx® builds on the proven NCORE® architecture with a redesigned loop filter that increases loop gain across the audio band. This results in over 60 dB of error correction, further reducing distortion, improving linearity, and lowering output impedance for even more precise and controlled sound reproduction.
