Musical Instruments
A musical instrument loudspeaker is specifically designed for use with a musical instrument. For example, a guitar cabinet. With the cabinet you’ll also need an amplifier with a frequency range suitable for the application. Often tube amplifiers are used in guitar amplifiers, but a class D amplifier solution can be a smart and practical choice. Traveling with heavy amplifiers is no longer needed.
Please note that the mentioned power ratings are peak levels and not RMS which is 20% of the peak level.
